This week Mr. Kelley's class has been practicing our Communication skills by giving speeches about ourselves. Students brought a paper bag with 5 things in it that described themselves. We discussed the expectations for the audience members and for the speakers beforehand and I have to say, our class demonstrated several characteristics of a PYP Learner. Obviously Communication was the most important for the speaker, but the audience also showed how they are Caring and Open Minded.
